Well, howdy everyone.  I wish that I did have more time to post something with more meaning, but for the moment I don't.

At any rate, I hope that this message finds everyone well.  After I come back from 2.5 hours of spinning, if I am still alive, I'll post more I promise :)

I had a fantastic day at the gym today. I mean a really good day. The kind of day when you put your all into it and you feel exhausted but good. This, balanced against the fact that I was grazing like a cow on the road this week, it is surprising that I did not gain weight ( Read more... )
